I'm looking for the lowest cost reseller of authorizenet gateway services and low cost merchant account services.

The key points are listed below along with what I currently pay on another account.

Setup or Application fee (charged by reseller)
Discount rate (charged by Bank) 2.66% :(
Montly Statement Fee (Charged by bank) $5 :)
Monthly Gateway fee (Authorizenet) $10 :)
Transaction fee (CC processor) $0.28 :(

Its the combo of all these that make for the best deal. Any ideas?
