So I call them up and they say they'll need to reset the password and that it can take up to 24 hours! Ok I guess I'll have to wait. So later I decide to run a test transaction (should have done this in the first place) and I get this error - Error (Merchant config file is missing, empty or cannot be read).
So I call them up again and he said it's because he reset the password and it will take from 5-24 hours. So basically I have a day with no sales and it's rather frustrating.
This 24 hour thing sounds like BS to me, not to mention there's absolutely no reason why my password should not work. I'm going to see what's going on in the morning and call them again if it's not working.
