I had good ol paypal take my hard earned money away from my account to give to a scammer. They have actually reversed two wire transfers out of my account and I still owe them $60. My Paypal account has a negative balance. This guy bought something from me on eBay and told Paypal it "wasn't as described" even though it was a website he looked at before he bought it and Paypal is giving him a refund! This is outrageious. I am trying to decide how to run my auctions now. I like Bidpay.com a lot! It is now called something else but it is a Western Union wire transfer of money and the BUYER pays the fee, not the seller. I've used Paypal for four years but it seems like now that I am running a lot of money through that account suddenly they are interested in taking it from me! I have the impression if you have less than $100 in your Paypal account they leave you alone but if you start having over $1000 a month in your Paypal account they will take the money from your account if someone says something is "not as described". Can anyone give me some advise on this or share similar experiences with Paypal? Can an ebayer have 2 Paypal accounts under the same eBay name?
