I have used www.iKobo.com since August and they have always been reliable, but now there seems to be abug in their system so that I can't withdraw money to my iKard

- no answers to emails (they are usually very slow at this)

- chat help offline (due to number of inquiries!)

Anyone know anything?

Ikobo is terrible.

There's never anyone online to respond to the online help function on their website.
No one answers the phone.
They take weeks and weeks to answer e-mails.

I've been trying to redeem a merchant bonus they offered me by e-mail back in November and I only get the run around....that is, when they find the time to answer my e-mail inquiries.

And now they're trying to tell me the offer wasn't valid, even after presenting evidence it was and receiving previous e-mail confirmations that the bonus offer would be credited at the end of the month (back in December).

I strongly suggest anyone looking for a payment processor to stick with the buy boys... Paypal, et. al. The fee extra cents in fees is worth it if you can avoid the frustrations of iKobo.
