Hi I am having terrible problems with the postal service, with First Class taking up to two weeks to arrive! Does anyone know of an alternative, given that most items I sell I send out with a 30p stamp on?

I'm having the same problems too at the moment, especially with deliveries around Birmingham and London. Wish there was a viable, cost-effective alternative to Royal Mail, as they seem to be imploding....

Oh christ thats just what I need. I find the Royal mail a nuisance to deal with anyway without this. Explains a lot though like why my tracking on parcels shows that they are stil in a depot weeks after posting them.
