Is Paypal shopping cart affected by anti-popup software

Does anyone know if anti-popup window software affects the Paypal shopping cart since it uses pop-up windows for the cart?
This last summer I was bringing in the orders and I was optimizing everything for this fall/winter, but haven't got the sales I expected. In fact, it's less than before. Just wondering if anyone knows. Thanks!

Hi, it would depend on how "aggressive" your popup blocker is. If you are using the Google Toolbar with the Popup Blocker, the Paypal cart popups are not affected. You'd have to test with various popup blockers to see how the cart performs though.
