Softcart Sub Categories

I use the program softcart, for my online store. I wanted to make sub categories under my main categories of products. Does anybody know how to do this?

The FAQs section of the cart authors site seems to imply that you can achieve this by uploading a tab-delimited, ASCII text format fiel to organise this information. Beyond that, I have to recommend that you to either the team that developed your cart, or to the authors themselves, as definitive sources of support
