I have just signed up with Paysystems for my new hosting service. Are they reliable? Trustworthy? Easy to work with? I already know they are expensive but all of them are.

So far, so good.

My only objection to paysystems is that they do not offer even a basic tax calculation service. This is fine if none of your goods are taxable but otherwise unmanagable.

I spoke to their tech support about it and they suggested creating two sets of products (i.e. double the catalog) and show different catalog pages for (in my case) California customers and the rest of the world.

This, of course, is ridiculous.
Then mentionned something about a new release of their
catalog software that may solve this problem but no
promises on when that would take place. This conversation
was already a couple of months ago and I haven't heard from
them since.

On the plus sice, they have good phone support (which
you DO NOT have with 2checkoug.com).

Tax calculation is something that will be added to our system but we do not have a concrete delivery date.

Thanks for the support of our support - your business is appreciated.

Cheers
