Are users who utilize card services not able to complete new transactions or existing subscription transactions? We've been offline for 3 days now along with the 187 other callers waiting on hold. Is this a system wide outage?

Yep, I've had the same problem. Had about an hour window yesterday afternoon when everything was smooth, but that's it.

Couldnt process new cards and couldnt process existing cards that were on billing cycle. Thus no money going through. Bad bad bad, actually ended up being helpless in this situation.
