I have a hotel reservation site but no instant payment. User send me the request for a hotel booking on a particular date. I call hotel to get the deala and then If i get the deal and the availability, i inform the client. Now if the cleint agrees, to the price, I want to accept the payment form the person throgh credit card. The amount of each hotel deal will vary. What kind of payment processing system should I use. I am very new to it and is using it first time. What about worldpay, I have heard a lot about them..but do not know !

Yes, I would recommend Worldpay - their rates are reasonable (for a bureau) and they do have an optional control panel which facilitates phone credit card payments.
You can actually write your own "template" but strictly it doesn't adhere to their TOS.
It will be worth considering obtaining your own merchant account directly from a bank, when your business is proven.
