Best payment processing company for a hosting site?

I am setting up a hosting service and trying to find the best way for customers to pay me. I want their credit cards automatically debited each month. I see VISA now wants $750 set up fee and $375 per year. Ouch! I'd use Paypal but don't want customers turned off by having to sign up.

I am not sure if paypal requires all the customers to signup.. I think as long as they are spending less than 2k/year, they can just pay and not signup.. but still you might wanna confirm this.
