shopping cart- secure payment gateway western union

I would like to sell used cars on my website. I am located in Canada

My customers in South America have only Western Union person to person transfers as a way of payment.

I need a shopping cart with back end that captures: Client name, user ID, password, and mostly the Western Union Money transfer Control number that the client will enter to validate the purchase.

How can I set it up?

I am looking ideally for company that can provide both merchant accounts and support payment by western union person to person transfers.

Can anyone suggest how to do it?

You will almost certainly end up requiring either a scratch built custom solution, or a modified version of a stock package that has had the necessary mods made.
