I still not receive payment from 2checkout for last period (1st-15th September, 2003). Everything is works and I have new registrations every day but in my payment section there is no funds in Payment Amount column.
Did 2checkout pay anybody for the last period from 1st to 15th of September? You will help me great by answering on this question.

2CheckOut have been having some serious problems with their servers recently after being the target of several, repeated Distributed Denial of Service attacks from unknown parties. There is a thread which details this over the week or so when it was worst. Read up on them here:

Have you set your release level correctly? Do you have enough money after all charges to meet the release level? If not they will not release your funds to your banking account.
If you have all of this in place and working already, then it may have been a problem enduced by the DDoS. Have you contacted 2CheckOut about this? I personally have had all my sales processed successfully, although I did not meet my release level this payment cycle, and therefore cannot confirm that it worked for me.
