We are looking to create an online catalog. Wanted to see any helpful hints as far as design, functionalality, etc. How do you evaluate success? What matrix do you use to show growth?

Do you currently have an ecommerce site? By online catalog, do you mean a pdf or other strictly static display of your wares? Will customers call an 800 # to order?
