this is my first post in the forum. Over the last weeks I read so many helpful posts, however at this point I also have one question.
Could some of you that are using 2checkout as an service let us know how they are. I read rumors on the Internet that claim they respond to the customer right away, but to you as an seller only 18-30 hours later. In addition, I heard they take money out of your accout, if there is a problem.
How would you rate them overall? Are they trust worthy after all? I would like to hear from some people that used them for some time now, or just signed up with them, and perhaps were running into any kind of problem.

I know that 2checkout has not the best rated, but I am looking for something simple like paypal, however the customer should not have to fill out an membership form before. If anyone else knows about a similar services, please post it in the forum. I know of propay, worldpay and some other once, too.
Many of ys get worked up when talking about 2CO, I would avoid them and look at paysystems instead for a similar service.
We have switched to Worldpay and their service is excellent.
