You know the Seach Engine World logo (the 3 little fella's in the top left corner that link to the homepage)? Is that a SEW original, or is it freely available to use?
Just that ive seen it being used on other sites recently.

In that case it's most likely freely available (another webmaster surely wouldnt be foolish enough to copy from SEW/WW, would they? ;)).
