Topic Placement Question

I have written an article that I would like to share and maybe get some opinions on. It is an attempt at describing SEO and Why a company might be interested in SEO. It is sort of an attempt at clearing up what I do as I think that in general, my potential clients don't quite get it.

Where would I put this and can I link to it or do I need to copy and paste?

Mat, IMO it's better just to share ideas in a free and relaxed discussion here. We have a lot of members here who write an occasional article, some of them pretty high profile.
What is great about this place that all those top experts and writers come here just to communicate freely among peers.
