See a weird symbol on WebmasterWorld

In this forum [webmasterworld.com] I see a question mark symbol (black dimond with white questionmark inside) instead of a ' where it says wont in the strap line. Is this just me or is it a WebmasterWorld problem?

I think that's just your computer. I can't see it here (running win 2k). IE 5 or 6 or something...

Ok. Tracked it down. It's to do with Opera's encoding. Can someone who uses Opera please tell me their setting located in the preference here:

Languages --> Fallback Encoding

I believe it should be windows-xxxx but I don't know what xxxx is.

It's windows-1252 on my machine (Opera 6 on XP).
