Thanks for the responses. The most hectic part of the past 3 weeks was caused by the visitors. The little guy was the easiest to take care of.
Yes, this is the beginning of a long haul. We don't claim to have all the answers and know how to avoid the pitfalls. At many times, it is going to be a rough ride.
Anyway, mom and baby are healthy and doing well.
