What is the criteria for membership title?

New User, Junior Member, Full Member, Senior Member, etc.

Just curious how members are catagorized into different membership descriptions.

New User is quite evident, but how and when does one jump to Junior, Full and Senior? What do these descriptions relate to?

I don't know about how others are impacted by these titles, but I tend to view Senior members as those "in the know", as members with a vast amount of experience or credentials...

I searched for the answer, but was unable to locate...
