searching within webmasterworld forums

I'm just wondering how you can search within these forums?
The "site search" link leads to a global form for searching in all forums. How can I restrict to one special forum, like forum3?

forum3 and search term or forum3 search term

use

/forumX/

with the slashes to restrict to that forum. For example, to search for the update history thread in the google forum, use:

update history /forum3/

Sure is nice to know those little search secrets that they don't tell you in the search help file. ;)

also, if you wish to "sorta" (fuzzy logic) search for msgs by one users, use

xu:membername

example
xu:pageoneresults google

(note: this is all to be changed within a few weeks with a replacement se I'm still finishing...)
