Members who cant donate via Pay Pal due to their locality

I know a couple of members who would like to donate but Pay Pal does not accommodate their country.

What alternatives are there?

Cash - Check and Money Order. But good news is PayPal now allows people in the Netherlands and another select country to fund a paypal account via their bank account, those two countrys before couldnt do bank account funding before. ;)
