A: We have attempted to solve the rogue robot issue from numerous different strategies. Occasionally requring cookie support is one of the last steps we take to resolve an issue with certain non-compliant ISP's.
What you can do to help: report rogue spiders that abuse your site to the abusers ISP. Keep your web server log files of the rogue bot attack. Many ISP's will take action and remove the abuser from their systems.
