RSS feeds random?

Is it just my RSS reader or are the rss feeds being randomly updated?

I always seem to have topics set to unread (even though I have read them) and they are in random order.

I have about 200 other feeds, and none of them do this. I have had to just delete the WebmasterWorld RSS feed because I can never tell what's going on.
