My visa have been confirmed. I am coming this time. I am booking hotel now, the reservation of Hotel Commonwealth by pubcon have been sold out. The normal rate for that hotel > 350$ per night which is a little expensive for me. Where is the best place to stay? can I stay anywhere in Boston and go there by bus every day?

My post #8 in that same thread also has a lot of information, as well as hotel options (not currently checked for availaility.) In terms of bus service to the Hynes Convention Center, you will probably do better using the "T" (subway). There is a "Green Line" station stop right there. But there are also hotel options within a 5-6 block walk as well, removing the need for transportation. Boston is widely known as one of the most pedestrian-friendly cities around.
