Trying to find an old thread

List of questions regarding starting a new content site.

I know this is kind of lame to ask but I've tried searching through Google and checked the library of old posts but have come up blank.

There was a thread with about 100 questions to ask yourself when starting a new content site. It had things such hosting, marketing, directory hierarchy, etc. I thought I had flagged it but evidently I didn't.

Does anybody remember this thread and what the URL was?
