Change Account Information

Hello,
I have been a member since May 2003. Great stuff.
I have now been able to get my work to pay for the subscription. However, I need to change the username/password and form of payment to go to the company now, not my home account.

I read that I can't change the username, but I could let my old one lapse. I guess I can do that. However, I am set up on a Paypal subscription which renews automatically every 6 months. How do I go about canceling this and sending a bill to my company?

Is the best way to do this through a chargeback to cancel my current account and then set up a new account under the different name and password?
