How about search footprints on forum thread pages?

to simplify searching for specific things via SE's

I'm in the middle of doing some research and was searching the forum thread pages for footprints I could use to better form my searches and thought I would pass this idea along here.

Has anyone previously considered adding some text to the thread view templates that can be used to target specific things in searches? Footprints like "thread started by ..." and maybe some date footprints like "created in sept 2005" along with something that could differentiate thread pages from others (profiles, forum views, etc).

So for example if I wanted to perform a search for all threads that were started by webwork in september of 2005 I could query Google like this:

site:webmasterworld.com "thread view page 1" "Thread started by webwork" "Sept 2005"
i.e.
site:webmasterworld.com "thread view footprint" "thread starter footprint" "date footprint"

As it stands now the best we can do to my knowledge is:
site:webmasterworld.com webwork sept 2005

Which will return his profile, forum view pages, and many entries for the same threads.

Worth considering? It would greatly improve our ability to search to the point where a native search facility would almost be redundant.
