A few days ago, I sent a sticky mail to a moderator asking for clarification of a policy, after a post of mine was edited.

I didn't get a reply, so I sent a follow up. With the second sticky mail, I clicked on the option to "Place a backup copy in outbox folder?" and then "Send Message". However, the sticky mail did *not* appear in my sent items folder, and the moderator has continued to post to various forums without me receiving a reply. This suggests to me that the moderator has not received the Sticky Mail.

I'm not usually technologically incompetent, but I guess I'm not doing something right with Sticky Mail. Does anyone have any inkling of what this Sticky Mail neophyte might be doing wrong?
