Also a function I might find useful would be an RSS feed for the 'my threads' page, is that possible?

Not sure about the "My Threads" RSS, but here's the skinny on RSS for individual forums:

How about RSS instead of emails:

- flagged threads
- flagged forums
- notification of sticky

We'll just add a "My WebmasterWorld" to our aggregators and receive the necessary updates as and when!
