How to view all posts by a certain user

Can it be done?

One of my favorite ways to gleam information from message forums is to look through all the posts by certain users that I believe I can learn from.

When viewing a members profile I can see a list of the most recent posts, but cannot go any deeper.

It looks like performing a 'site:' search on Google will bring them all up, is there a way to get google to organize the results though? By date maybe? Each page of a thread gets a SERP entry and they are not always near one another and posts that are years apart are also intermingled.

Thanks,

Frib

That is not functionality that we have here at WebmasterWorld - so doing it the way you've tried (Google) is the best way.

Go to google type in:

site:webmasterworld.com username

You can even add things like 2004 and it will show only posts in 2004. I know the 2004 thing is not exact but it will narrow things down a little.

Thanks ogletree - entering the year unmuddles them just enough to make my brain happy, this will work nicely.

Can't believe I didn't think of that... and I call myself a webmaster, lol.
