webmasterworld down for last couple of hours

other sites at the same host also down

I did a tracert and it ends in a westhost IP. Haven't been able to access WW till about 5 minutes ago :(

I am having trouble accessing several US sites on the net.
One forum needs 4 or 5 clicks on any link to get it going.

I noticed it seemed to be down temporarily a few hours ago.

Here are two possibilities:

1) Record traffic due to the Tempel-1 comet collision
2) Support staff out for 4th/July holiday. - Larry

Even worse for me - my sites are hosted with westhost!

No WebmasterWorld + no sites = scary

Hmm, then for the next 2 hours I can dial out via Pipex in the UK, but then cannot connect to any website anywhere at all...

Found my old PAYG FreeHost ISP dial-up still works though...
