can i change my username as it appears in forums and my profile or do i have to make another account?

also - i have been reading / posting in the google adsense forum and it seems that most people do not post a homepage in their profile - are they trying to keep it a secret for competitive reasons? I guess i should probably ask in that forum, but i figure i will try here first...

Not to worry. If you're really wanting to change your username, you can register as a new member and let your old account expire.
