Opera bug or webmasterworld bug?

post count not incrementing, read messages pointers not updated

Something fishy is going on...

I am logged all the time. I have posted up to day several messages, yet only one was counted. Messages pointers are not updated. I have tried to unlog/log - no changes. I have tried to delete the cookie using Opera - no change. I have tried to reset the cookie in WebmasterWorld control panel - cookie is shown, but when I click on clear (or how it is called) WebmasterWorld dipalys message "no cookies found".

What's going on?

Welcome to the board.

The thread you have been posting in probably got the counter manually turned off... it ocasionnaly happends when they tend to stretch a bit. Some other forums, like Foo or this one never count.

Seems not only read messages pointers doesn't work - email notifications doesn't work for me too :(

Brett is constantly playing with the post counts in various forums. Used to be that posts were counted in this forum - now this is no longer the case.

That's funny - when I started this thread I had one post. I posted twice - and I have three posts. Yet everybody is telling me that posts in this forum doesn't count :)

I wonder - how much posts I will have when I click submit?

Edit: four it is. So either you are all wrong or I should wear glasses, as these digits are very small.

Oh, BTW: I still don't know why read messages pointers doesn't work.
