Stickymail - Sent Items

Not saving a copy?

The last 1/2 dozen or so sticky messages I've sent have not been stored in the sent items folder.

Is there anything I can do to get this operational again?

Anyone else having problems with sticky?

I purged a load of messages but to no avail, I can't say whether the internal mail I have sent has arrived or not? Moy confusing

I don't believe I have ever been able to access Sent items in Sticky Mail. I assumed it just wasn't a feature (although the link should have tipped me off that something was amiss).

I'd be interested in finding out how to fix this, as well.

To add: I recently updated my system prefs - I'm guessing submit has 'upgraded' me to the forum's setting that no longer includes this (very useful) feature?

When you reply to a email, there is the checkbox "Place a backup copy in outbox folder?". That option must be checked ( yours currently is not. errant mouse click? )...

I've honestly always had that checkbox checked, but never have gotten anything saved.

limbo, did yours work?

Yup. Just tested it with cEM. Works fine now - stays in your personal settings too, so once it is checked - it stays checked.

Having the box checked didn't work until I went into "Stickymail Prefs" and set a number in the "SentMail Expiration?" field. With a number there, it started saving to the Sent box.

Incidentally, the number doesn't indicate what it's a number for. The max is 14...is that 14 days?

Heh. I don't think so, limbo, but that's okay - I haven't been "in here" for a VERY long time, so I'm used to it....
