Hmmm... A number of times a "New Message Indicator" has been activated in a forum. When I click the forum, much to my dismay, no new message. Drats!!! Latest is in Webmaster General which shows a "last message" of 4/1 at 12:44p (gmt). Actually, the last message posted that I see is in Fitering thread on 3/30 at 1:18pm (gmt). Reload doesn't help. Running NS 4.73. Any ideas?

mnw, you don't miss much, do you? ;)

I believe it's possible that can happen if a post happens to be moved.

For example, if someone posted here today at 5:35 PM Pacific Time (which it now is), asking about the latest Google update, the post could possibly be moved over to the Google forum, and yet still show me a post here at 5:35.

This will have to be confirmed by our friendly "programming staff" of course :)

It can also happen if I make a test post to a forum and then delete it.

I'll put that on list of things to adjust.
