Is it our (centralized) SPAM filter, or has no newsletter ever been sent out? If not, is there any way one might help? I can divert a bit manpower towards it, if need arises, and I assume others might be willing to help too.
Just say the word...

I've gotten exactly 1... a long time ago. I've also put in about 5 email addresses to the subscriber, to no avail. I'm very much betting there's a problem on BT's end.

No problem on BT's end, with the exception of lack of time to produce the newsletter.
So if you're not getting one, that's good. You're not supposed to. ;)

Fair enough ;)
Can you provide a list as to when the last newsletter(s) went out?

What about outsourcing the newsletter or cancelling it? I only ever got 1 issue, luckily I was not new to the forum when i got it otherwise i might have not such a good first impression.

We are working on updating the process. Please note that WebmasterWorld has grown way way beyond anything conceived a few years ago.

Hey, I got one now! And it pointed me to two useful threads I would have otherwise missed (probably).
