This is just the site I've been looking for and I hope to have the time to be looking through it often -- as a fairly new (2.5 years) webmaster there's a wide range of ignorance I posess that hopefully will shrink with more visits to Webmaster World.

I've got LOTS of questions about LOTS of website related issues, especially so since we plan to move in a couple months and I've already packed away my much-dog eared HTML book.

My experience with computers and being online goes back a bit further... I started with a Commodore Vic-20 in 1981 or so, then moved up to the C-64 and C-128. Ran local BBS's for about 5 years in the early 80's and got into Windows only after W95 had been out for ...ahem... some time. I still sort of miss the Old Days. Sigh!

I was told by the fellow that gave me the URL to this site that it was a place that it was OK to ask "stoopid questions", or something along that line. Questions I've GOT! Hopefully I find what I need on my own after enough research... but if not, please indulge my lack of experience.

Looking forward to reading and writing and learning and enjoying more good times here -- thanks for being here.
