Autolink to glossary / dictionary

Is it possible to get your engine to automatically create a link for the common terms and acronymns on this site.
For example if someone posts the following:

The SERPS from Looksmart are looking strange with my keywords. We may need to revamp the SEO for this.

Your engine would create a link to a definition for "SERPS" and "SEO".

If needed we could identify a keyword when posting by tagging it e.g.

the {SERPS} from.....
or
<SERPS>

Do you have any lotto numbers in mind? Stock tips? Have you ever taken one of those esp tests?

About 8 hours ago, I had - for the first time ever - the exact same idea about glossary linking into post text.

You gotta be psychic.
