Conference Where and When?

See references to PubCon in this board, which I assume means Publishing Conference. But no where can I find some information on it and when and where?

Have tried using the forum search function but not too much detail from search, except some info on old pubcon's.

Really would like to attend the next one after seeng some posts saying how incredibly valuable PubCon is as far as money making ideas go.
