how did you get here?

How did you all you members (and lurkers ;)) find Webmaster World?

I honestly don't remember how I got here but I think I likely followed the link in Brett's profile from another discussion forums. When I joined it was a different looking board and there were only a handful of active members and maybe 8 forums to choose from. What difference today :)

Little late but hope it helps.

In September 2000 I ran a significant amount of advertising on local radio and in local print to promote a local site. After spending a ton of money, it dawned on me that unless my resources are close to a F500 company, I better get creative. Then I started to look around for search engine info and got here somehow through Search Engine World. I don't go nowhere else now.

Hurhum... found it using a computer. You go to some SE and type "search engine otpimisation forum", glad I did.

I found it in Google searching for how to make google not cache pages. Google pointed me at a discussion here. Nice of Google to index stuff after the "?"!

Knew of Search Engine World through another forums and found Webmaster World forums from there. Brett and the moderators always had such great posts I knew hanging out here was the way to go.
