Suggestion: place "My Threads" link on top menu

Hi all

I'd like to request that the "My Threads" link be placed on the top menu. It's probably the second most common link I click (after "recent posts"), but I have to navigate through to the control panel to reach it.

It could sit to the right of the "You have mail: [ inbox: X].

Come to think of it, the "My Flags" link could go up there too.

This may sound like a petty issue (and in a sense it is), but I know it'd save me a good dozen clicks a day if I'm currently posting. Multiply that by the active readership of WW and you've got a lot of clicks!

I think that would be useful as well but until then you could add

a href="http://www.webmasterworld.com/stickymail.cgi?action=mymsgs&imode=16">My Threads</a

to your header code in system preferences in control panel and have your own link!

It was suggested to me here sometime ago that if you want to tailor your header to hold more than the 500 character limit then use your own iframe.

Then you can add as many handy links as you like.

Also place Bills search [webmasterworld.com] (#9) in your footer. VERY handy :)

And do (assuming you use either Firefox or Opera) add SuzyUk nifty menu and/or sidebar!

Actually, I've added not only My Threads in the header, I also have the google search function in the header. AND I have My Threads in the footer too....
