Webmasterworld Referral to Westhost

I do not currently have the cash to become a member of WebmasterWorld quite yet, but I'd like to help any bit that I can. I am about to sign up for Westhost. Does WebmasterWorld get any kickback for being a referral? Should I use Brett's name? They're a good host right?

WestHost used to give the referrer a month of free hosting for referrals. Recently, they started an affiliate program for referrals so I'm uncertain if the "free month" program is still in effect.

Are you trying to start an argument? ;) I use them for many sites and recommend them to friends, but discussions about hosting are discouraged here.

They have treated us most excellent.

Drop our name if you feel it is warranted (I don't get a kick back, but it is nice they know where the traffic is coming from).

That's a shame you don't get any sort of kickback for referrals, especially with a site full of webmasters. (not even a free gb of bandwidth?) I will certainly put your name down though, just in case they decide to retroactively give you something for it. Maybe with this new site I can get some cash so I can subscribe.

No complaints here. Westhost has always taken care of us. We certainly get our 'perks' out of being here...
