Is there any way WW could not let New Users post URL's until they have 10 posts or more. Also we need a mod that works at night in the US. I never see ads like that during the day. It is always when I work late when I see these stupid spam ads on here. There are several right now some guy is posting on all the forums about some adult dvd investment opertunity.

There are Admins, like Woz who live on the other side of the planet from you...he got the last bunch you're referring to. It only took a few minutes. ;)

I think the coverage of different time zones is very good. Lots of people from the UK, USA and other parts of the world are Mods/Admins and I rarley see any bad posts. If you see any I'd suggest stickying a mod or admin that has been active recently and he'll try to get somebody sorting it out.

Sticky an admin - there is always someone around.

I know and I have done that. It just seems to take longer at night my time CST. I guess I'm impatient. Also it seems to encourage people that know they can get away with it. If you want to plug something on WW you can. It will get removed but a lot of people will get to read it before it is gone. It just seems that a rule set could be made to catch some of these. It just seems silly to let somebody have a link in there first post. I'm sure theres a 99.99% chance that URL is not allowed here. (i know the guy last night did not do that)

There really needs to be a "report a problem" link available globally.

I'm usually up nights 9-10 pm until 2-4 am Pacific Time (or later) and I've been stickying when I've been catching things. It's true about night-time; it's 12:45 am now and I just caught something from 20 minutes ago - far worse than a drop.

It would really help to have a "report a problem" link that would reach multiple recipients or whatever might work best. It would be much easier and quicker to use than trying to figure out who's around. It really would be a big help and a convenience.

It is easy to sticky a mod, but how does one find out which mod/admin is presently logged in?

I suggest a "Report this Post" link that is visible to anyone higher than New User.

There's no way to tell for sure - even being logged in doesn't mean any person's around. Someone could have 17 browser windows open with the computer on and be asleep or off to the mall, or doing something else entirely.

Easiest thing right now for people who have been around for a while is when they see something to send to a few people they've noticed being around at certain hours. It's a best guess, but that's what I've done and someone generally turns up pretty quick.

Works for me....

I've not noticed that this forum is drowned with this so much really. At least not compared to a few others I know of!
