How long does it take before I'm able to see the supporters forum after I've paid with Paypal?
After the payment I got a message that I should send my transaction ID to the webmaster. Did that two days ago twice. I got no response nor can I access the supporters forum yet.

What's wrong?

It takes some time but believe it is worth it!

I was inpatient like you and waited some time to enter the supporters’ area, but since then it is learning non-stop. 100% pure gold!

I hope you will be setup quickly :)

Please be patient as the system requires human intervention (Brett).

I'll raise a flag for you and we'll get you sorted.

Please flag myself as not having access to the supporteers forums as well!

I have paid my subscriptions, and I am waiting patiently to get onto the supporters forums!

> is it normal to wait so long?

Two things ... first, it is a manual process, which means Brett will physically turn on your access.

Second ... Brett is still catching up on things post-PubConf 6.5 ... so please allow a little leeway! :)
