Tried searching about for an answer.
Most recent thread on the subject appears to be over a year old (and therefore closed to additional posts).

So...
How does a poster edit a recent post?
I've noticed the absence of any edit button before and it's been missed.

Alt, is there a reason that the edit facility is not available on this forum?

TIA

[edit]

Evidently I've just spotted it. ;)

Any particular reason the edit button is placed so unintuitively (given the convention used by so many* other fora)?
(* 100% of those I've ever posted to or moderated at)

Either way, problem solved. ;)

hmmm. Why not over there under the poster where it is very intuitively placed next to the stickymail link?

I'm just going by what I've seen at all the other fora.
That said, there are also no post control/response buttons directly within each post as is the case with some other BB software I've experienced (namely phpBB and vBulletin).
That's just an observation, not a criticism. :)

Personally, I'd say that intuition would say that the 'edit this post' facility belongs with the post info, not the user info; but hey... either way, it's no biggie.

Agree to disagree and all that. ;)
