Deleted Threads

Should we not be told why?

Yesterday I started a thread which was very important to me regarding whether it would damage sites (on one server) ranking in SERPS if I added a site about lingerie to the server.

This morning when I come back to WW the thread has been deleted without an sticky to tell me why.

I enjoy WW but surely it is in everyone's best interests if we are told why a thread is being deleted.

My questions were imho valid and important to my webmasters business.

There was this message yesterday. I was following a thread about UK ISPs that also disappeared

Could your thread have been one of those perhaps?
