Is there a certain number of posts you must have before your messages don't have to "go under review"?

In "premoderated" forums there most likely is, but that level may be changed just like the levels of the different member categories are from time to time.

In the premoderated forums they're all "under review" regardless of post count or how long a member. Very democratic. :)

Marcia, I think this is what maintains the quality of forums and that the threads always remain within topic and off the topic content is moved away.
