How can we report articles of interest or tattle on someone if some mods won't take StickyMail?

all of us have stickymail on, though some of the boxes get full once in a while.

there are also admins for all sections as well.

I get this error:

Error : Destination member Xxxx has selected not to receive StickyMail.

Does that mean their box is full?

nope, that's off but it is rare and usually short lived. You can just send it to another mod who is online and they can get it sorted for you.

You never know, it may have already been sorted. ;)

...or send it to an admin and we'll pass it on

Sometimes a mod might go on holiday and turn sticky off I guess. I expect that's it ;-)
