This has been happening more and more, the pre moderation sign comes up and my post never appears, almost as if the moderators have something against females posting in the forum :-/

Katie, I can assure you we have nothing against females posting in these forums. You are more than welcome here. The only time you will see the pre-mod screen is when you are posting to the Google News forum. That is currently the only forum that is pre-moderated. Please take a minute to read the Google News Charter [webmasterworld.com] and it should help you understand better why we have made that forum pre-mod.

Or the Commercial Exchange - that's also pre-moderated, has been for a couple of months now.
